Personal information we collect

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 8.
RTO, Refund & Return Policy
RTO Policy​
We don't accept any RTO from any Reseller/Dropshipper. You need to keep the RTO address as yours. If you keep our RTO address, we will not be able to accept it. Either we will reject that RTO at the time of delivery or else will accept it and ask you (reseller/dropshipper) to take that RTOs from our warehouse by any viable means of transportation of your choice.

Return Policy
Any order's product will be returned in the only case when the product seems to be broken/damaged/faulty/deface in the UNBOXING VIDEO. The unboxing video is compulsory for the return acceptance. Fake unboxing videos are prone not to be accepted as our team notes if the seal is broken before the unboxing video which is our monopoly for packaging. Without an unboxing video, the return and refund policy is not possible in any case.

The return has to be arranged by the seller to our warehouse by themselves.

Refund Policy
The refund for any returned product will be initiated only when we receive the product at our warehouse in well-intact condition. The refund will be given noting the price on that particular billing date. The refund will only be initiated in the condition of the above return policy.
